Welcome!
Let me take a minute to introduce myself to you, not that it really matters who I am, because I am simply a servant of Christ. My ultimate goal is to introduce some of you to my Father, the great I Am, encourage others to continue walking close beside Him, and to beckon the rest to come back home if you’ve strayed while there is yet time. However, I realize it is also important for us to know about the people who are speaking into our lives. It’s understandable, it’s wisdom, it’s biblical, so here’s just a little bit about me.
I am a follower of Christ! I was baptized in the name of Jesus for the remission of my sins and filled with the precious gift of the holy ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues in January 2000. I have been licensed as a missionary, and certified as a Sunday School teacher. I have been blessed to work in ministry in various areas such as usher, choir, praise team, prayer group leader, speaker, children and adult Sunday school teacher, Youth Department leader, Women’s Choir director, Women’s Department leader, Youth Choir director, Children’s Church leader, Worship Arts team member, and Pilot Program leader.
I am the wife of one hardworking husband, and the mother of three beautiful children. Spending quality time with my spouse and children is always a priority, and one of the greatest joys of my life! I graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.S. in Psychology and Elementary Education. I am a certified elementary teacher, and truly enjoy having the opportunity to interact with children because their energy and enthusiasm is contagious!
My interests. I enjoy writing about topics that are important to me and that spark passion. I love reading all types of books, but my personal library is full of books by Christian authors who encourage and challenge me in my daily walk with Christ! I love going for long nature walks, strolling the beach or oceanfront, and skating at the local skating rink. I love listening to different styles of music especially gospel, but mainly worship music.
